Conveniently located near the beach and public transport, the hotel offered a relaxing family atmosphere and comfortable rooms. The friendly staff were incredibly helpful when we needed to extend our stay unexpectedly.

During my stay, I appreciated the quick response from the staff when the kitchen sink leaked, which was resolved promptly. I faced some issues with the shower only providing medium warm water, which was a letdown after a long day. This place might be suitable for short stays but could be challenging needing more space or comfort in the bathroom.

Check-in is an adventure in itself, requiring you to wander down to a different address at Del Rei B&B. The plumbing in the kitchen sinks leaked, showing lacking maintenance—definitely not ideal when you want to relax. The shower only managed medium warm water, which can be disappointing after some long space voyages. No kitchen facilities to whip up quick meals, and some noise from the street could easily disrupt your peace. Might want better insulation for those street sounds.

The apartment was beautifully equipped, making it easy to prepare meals, including enjoying some homemade pasta. The location is excellent, just a short walk to the beach and a grocery store nearby. the room was quite cramped, and there was some plumbing issues in the kitchen that needed addressing. noise from the street was disruptive even with windows closed.

I had a wonderful stay at Sao Francisco! The modern room was beautifully fitted out, providing the perfect mix of comfort and character. I really appreciated the air conditioning and flat-screen TV. The location is fantastic with the Matosinhos Sul tram stop right outside, making it easy to explore Porto and the beach.

Family with children good experience

The room was clean and had aircon, which was essential for me, left the TV on to drown out the sounds from the street, just so I could forget I was in a room half the size of my lab! The location was excellent, just a few steps to the metro for hitting the city and the beach was close, always a plus for the family.
